REFUND POLICY

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND FAIRNESS

1. GENERAL POLICY

At Nuho India, we strive to ensure every custom 3D printed product meets our high standards. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. However, we do accept exchanges if you encounter any issues with the product.

However, we are committed to making things right in specific circumstances where we are at fault or where unforeseen issues arise.

2. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We offer a full refund if your product arrives damaged.

If your order is damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. To process your refund claim, we require:

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged product.
  • A photo of the packaging it arrived in.
  • Your Order ID.

Once verified, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement, based on your preference.

3. PRODUCTION FULFILLMENT

In rare cases, we may determine that a specific order cannot be fulfilled due to technical limitations, material shortages, or other production constraints.

If Nuho India decides that an order production cannot be met, we will:

  • Notify you immediately via email or phone.
  • Cancel the order.
  • Issue a **full refund** immediately.

4. SPECIAL REQUESTS & SUPPORT

We understand that every situation is unique. If you have a special request regarding a return or refund that falls outside these guidelines, please reach out to us. We review such cases on an individual basis.
